Fred Cadden grew up in the Town of Poughkeepsie, NY bordering on the Town of Hyde Park, NY home of FDR. Fred attended the Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School graduating in 1969. He attended Dutchess Community College.

Fred joined the Air Force in 1971. Served in Vietnam 1971-1972. Served in England 1972-1975. Trained as a Medic and Medical Administration.

After the Air Force, Fred moved to Houston, TX where a summer job was waiting for him. Fred attended the University of Houston 1975-1977.

Fred worked at Joske’s of Houston (now Dillards). Starting out in the Credit Department and working his way up to Assistant Collection Manager.

From there, Fred worked at several Independent Oil and Gas Exploration Companies where he established the Credit function for the collection of Joint Interest Billings. Fred graduated from The University of Houston Downtown in 1996 With a BBA concentration in Accounting.

Fred now is retired and living in Florida.
